Lecture in English by Enrico Liscio.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a rapidly emerging technology that impresses and scares at the same time. AI is expected to shape the future of humanity across nearly every industry, also the architectural field.
The lecture will focus on what modern AI really is about, unveiling its strengths and weaknesses.
Can AI be considered creative? What is therefore the impact it can have on architecture and on the architectural profession? Practical examples of state-of-the-art AI applied to architecture will be shown during the presentation, giving concrete cues to start a conversation.
Lecture in English by Enrico Liscio. Enrico is first and foremost married to an architect. In his spare time, he is a senior PhD researcher at TU Delft, where he investigates how Artificial Intelligence can understand human morality.
In this presentation he will discuss the impact of AI technology on architecture.
